Welcome to our technical resources page on both the Flow-Count In-line HPLC Detection System and the Bioscan Mini-Scan unit. The Flow-Count is Bioscan's In-line HPLC Detection system. The Flow-Count can be combined with Bioscan's Mini-Scan to provide a solution for low volume scanning of single lane TLC plates and strips.

This page provides answers to many of the questions you may have about either instrument, as well as answering questions on the Laura/BioChrom softwares.

A U.S.A. domestic 2-year service contract is available with these devices, delivering:

• 24 months of Telephone Diagnostic Service during normal business hours
• A 'loaner' Flow-Count or Mini-Scan unit, provided within 24-72 hours of a reported problem
• All parts and labor costs of repairs
• Return shipping of the repaired unit & overnight shipment of the 'loaner'
• 10% discount on all Flow-Count and Mini-Scan accessories such as Flow-cells and Detectors

Optional 'annual' software support contracts on BioChrom software versions are also available.

IQ/OQ service quotes are available on request with new installations and old. We have full repair services available. Please ask about repairs, regardless of brand.
