Our support staff includes engineers and chemists who will respond to phone queries during the same working day and answer any e-mail questions within 24-hours.
A 1-year service contract is available for this device, delivering:
- 12 months of Telephone Diagnostic Service during normal business hours
- A preventive maintenance visit of one day¹s duration, with parts cost inclusive
- Emergency service visits are provided within 24-72 hours of a reported problem. Labor costs are discounted by 20% over standard rates for contract holders. Expenses are exclusive of the contract and are charged at the standard costs.
