Our goal is to help you accomplish your research and production tasks with comprehensive support. Our support staff of technical engineers and application specialists will respond to phone and e-mail inquiries within one business day. We offer a wide range of services… including comprehensive service contracts and structured training programs. Single year or multi-year service contracts are available for these devices, delivering:

  • 12 months of Telephone Diagnostic Service during normal business hours
  • 2 preventive maintenance visits of two day’s duration each, with calibrations included for SPECT and CT. All labor and expenses are inclusive to this contract for calibration visits.
  • Emergency service visits are provided within 24-72 hours of a reported problem. Labor costs are discounted by 20% over standard rates for contract holders. Expenses are exclusive of the contract and are charged at the actual costs.

  • We've created an extensive library of detailed and easy-to-use technical documentation to help operate and maintain your BIOSCAN product. If you're having an issue with your NanoSPECT/CT, feel free to also use the Service Reporter icon on the camera's workstation. This tool allows you to send a message to our support staff, with DICOM data and screenshots to detail the issue you're experiencing.
