Bioscan’s complete PET lab package includes:
- Initial Consultation
- Bioscan can assist in initial discussions regarding the PET lab establishment; the design of the facility, which production and quality control equipment to select, the best options for safely handling radioisotopes and meeting documentation requirements.
- FDG Synthesis Production
- The Bioscan FDG-PLUS synthesizer is capable of producing 2-[18F] FDG in approximately 30 minutes with routine yields of >55% (EOS) & 64-72% (decay corrected). Bioscan’s FDG module is ½ the size of other systems so that two units can be housed in a single mini hot cell. Higher reliability, lower operating costs and more consistent yields are foremost in the design of this next generation system.
- Quality Control Equipment
- To efficiently and accurately test the final radiopharmaceutical, Bioscan offers a complete range of quality control equipment including: TLC, GC, HPLC, MCA, dose calibrators and more.
- Amercare Dose Dispensers
- The Automated PET Dose Dispenser completely replicates the manual syringe or vial filling process.
- Installation and Training
- Bioscan’s experienced staff will install and optimize your PET lab equipment and train the users in its operation. Training classes and method development are also available.
- Preventative Maintenance and Service
- Designed to ensure that your production and quality control instrumentation operates efficiently, Bioscan’s preventative maintenance program offers complete coverage for the facility.
