Triathler radio-HPLC Detector

Triathler

Triathler-HPLC is an affordable radio-HPLC detector that can be used for the reliable detection of several isotopes without the need for an external scintillator pump or expensive flow cells.

Triathler-HPLCsolution for prep-HPLC
In radiosynthesis applications, HPLC is often the method of choice for purification. Triathler-HPLC can monitor activity levels higher than 250mCi of 3H, 14C and other isotopes without saturation or the hassle of stream splitting. The use of disposable solid scintillator flow cells preserves very high chromatographic resolution with minimal tailing.

Triathler-HPLCsolution for low-level analysis
In biochemistry experiments, HPLC is a major tool in the study of radiolabeled compounds and metabolites. It is alsoused to verify the purity of labeling materials at the beginning of such studies. Triathler-HPLC simplifies radiochemical purity measurements and can be used to study low-level metabolites labeled with 14C and other high energy betas.

A variety of flow cells and packing materials are available to meet different application needs. All flow cells use “finger-tight” HPLC fittings, so that changes are fast and simple. Better yet, since flow cells are low cost and disposable, there is no need to worry about contamination from high levels of activity.

Triathler-HPLC gives you two choices for acquiring and analyzing data. Use Bioscan’s extended range module for a high resolution analog output for your own chromatography data system, or choose BioChrom radiochromatography software and interface module.
